  • FluffPup has a rigorous breeder screening process in place to ensure that all breeders on our platform adhere to our ethical breeding standards. In Maharashtra & Goa, we exclusively work with AWBI certified breeders (due to a High Court order, breeders are not required to register with AWBI in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu). AWBI regularly conducts examinations of the kennels in order to ensure that all the kennel’s standards are hygienic and upto date. We also carry out our own pre-screening process which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the puppies have enough space to roam around, are not kept chained up, and are treated with love & care. By working with experts in this field we can also ensure that the puppies bred by these individuals are healthy and have minimal risk of any genetic issues rearing their ugly head. By ensuring that all the breeders we work with prioritize the health and well-being of their dogs and puppies, we can rest easy knowing that they will never do anything which may cause harm to their pups.

  • We strive to ensure that all of our puppies are healthy and free of any genetic health issues. However, it is important to note that no breeder can guarantee 100% that a puppy will never develop health issues. That is why we offer a health guarantee and work with breeders who prioritize health testing and responsible breeding practices. All puppies that are delivered to your doorstep will have been examined by a registered veterinarian, who will provide a health certificate with an assessment of the dog’s health.

  • Upon receiving your puppy, you have 6 hours to take your puppy to a vet, to get your new pup examined and get a health certificate from them. If there are any discrepancies between the health certificate that the pup arrived with and this one, we will understand your concerns and take actions accordingly. Please note that we do not offer refunds / replacements if the puppy has been with you for longer than 6 hours, is simply suffering from digestive issues (this is fairly common for newly re-homed puppies), has sustained a physical injury, or has been fed anything other than what the breeder prescribed.

  • Almost all dogs listed on our website come with KCI certification. Please check with your breeder to ensure that you are both on the same page regarding the puppy’s certification status. In addition, It is important to confirm that the papers are legitimate. Our team have given their bet efforts in order to ensure that all the breeders on our platform are legitimate, and will provide authentic papers - and you may confirm the same by asking for a receipt of the litter certification and a copy of the papers for both parents of the puppy. By ensuring that the name on the certificate and receipt match, you know that your breeder has provided reliable information.
